About the job: Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary. Ensure all patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Operate independently without affiliation to hospitals or clinics, maintaining autonomy in patient care. Work in teams with multiple therapists and prescribers, with onboarding to match you with compatible team members. Participate in regular staffing with your colleagues to discuss cases and clinical topics. Work from home with flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attend virtual clinical meetings and conferences, with attendance requirements during the first 90 days and monthly thereafter. Job Requirements: Hold a valid PMHNP license, open to licensing in multiple states. Prior experience as a PMHNP preferred but not required. Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals. Proficient in computer and basic technology skills. Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis and psychopharmacology, with familiarity in non-pharmacological interventions. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Hourly salary range: $70—$100 USD Details:
