In partnership with providers across the country, Onsite Women's Health offers comprehensive mammography services with clinical expertise, innovative technology, and proprietary protocols that deliver personalized, convenient breast care for the patient. At Onsite we don’t work weekends and offer the opportunity to use the latest 3D tomosynthesis digital mammography equipment in an OB/Gyn office environment. Specializes in the production of screening and diagnostic mammograms for the detection of breast cancers and lesions. Responsible for the initial and ongoing success of the mammography service in the practice. Assist the practice to ensure all eligible age-appropriate patients have annual screening mammograms. Prepare patients for the mammographic procedure and explain procedures to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation. Position mammographic equipment and adjust controls to set exposure factors based on radiographic exposure techniques and protocols. Practice radiation protection techniques and use patient shielding as needed. Follow prescribed safety standards in operating all required equipment. Examine digital images for image quality and ensure equipment is in proper working order. Perform QA testing to comply with MQSA, ACR and State requirements/regulations. Maintain patient confidentiality and complete required paperwork and data entry. Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations; prepare required reports and data pursuant to MQSA and State requirements. Assist Radiologist with QA/QC reporting and QA tracking per MQSA guidelines. Maintain QA documents to meet Annual FDA Inspection requirements and obtain/maintain ACR accreditation. Qualifications
Mammography: 2 years (Required) A must be up to date on all CME credits ARRT certification (Required) Very patient-centric, compassionate, and computer savvy Able to perform a variety of technical activities for screening and diagnostic mammography Flexible with the ability to multi-task and a flexible part-time schedule Experience
