We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist (PRN/ Per- Diem) to join our team at NovaCare Havre de Grace, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience in hand therapy with splinting and splint fabrication.

In-person and online CEU Courses Job Summary: We are looking for a local Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center. Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with at least two years of hand therapy experience. Schedule:
As needed, per diem hours for coverage. Our center is open as early as 7A and closes at 7P Monday through Friday. Steady hours may be possible as our referrals grow. Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy CPR certification Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
