Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting speech and language difficulties Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Facilitate targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills Monitor and maintain detailed documentation of student progress and outcomes Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators, counselors, and other specialists Engage with families to educate and involve them in the therapeutic process

Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with students, families, and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in Washington State is required
