A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide vital services to K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment located in Renton, WA. This contract position covers the full school year and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, supporting their communication development and academic success. Responsibilities
Conducting speech-language assessments to identify student needs Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans Providing direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments Communicating progress and recommendations to educational teams and parents Participating in team meetings and contributing to IEP development Maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with school and state regulations Qualifications
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Credentialed as an SLP with school-based certification Experience working with K-12 student populations Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and school-based intervention techniques Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families Compensation and Benefits
