Overview
The Children’s Hospital of Illinois Pediatric Otolaryngology is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to fulfill the Advanced Practice Provider Pediatric ENT opportunity at the Children’s Hospital of Illinois located in Peoria, Illinois. Close collaboration with Pediatric Otolaryngologists and PAs within the hospital, clinic and OR settings. Travel to CHOI outreach clinics and participation in multidisciplinary clinics will be required. The ideal candidate will have experience in ENT or be willing to learn the subspecialty. No evening call. No weekends. Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate must maintain state license as an APN/PA in the state of Illinois and professional certifications (APLS, ENPC, or PALS). Certification as an acute care specialty nurse practitioner or physician assistant through a nationally recognized certifying body is required. For APNs, surgical assist certification will be required after completion of the training program. Seniority level
