Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner Job with Asante Health System in Medford, OR Asante is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient Endocrinology team in Southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley. You’ll care for patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including insulin pump and CGM management, and provide ongoing care for stable endocrine conditions such as hypothyroidism and osteoporosis. This is a 100% outpatient role with a minimum of 3 years of Endocrinology experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality outpatient endocrine care for adults with diabetes and related conditions.

Manage insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) for patients.

Treat stable endocrine disorders such as hypothyroidism and osteoporosis.

Qualifications

Experienced Nurse Practitioner (minimum 3 years in Endocrinology).

Outpatient Endocrinology practice experience preferred.
