Clinical Ladder Advancement: structured career progression from Level 1 to Level 4 based on clinical expertise, leadership, and mentorship contributions. Involves mentorship, training, and clinical program development with recognition for excellence. Mentorship and Leadership: higher Clinical Ladder levels involve mentoring newer SLPs and leadership recognition. Professional Development: $2,000 CEU stipend annually to support ongoing growth with neurodivergent children. Team and Practice Model

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: work with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, nurse practitioners, ABA, occupational therapists, physical therapists, music therapists in an integrated care model. Low Billable Target, High-Quality Care: manageable caseload (approximately 22.75 billable hours/week) to prioritize meaningful outcomes over quantity. Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a holistic, transdisciplinary care approach. Educate and empower families; extend communication strategies beyond therapy sessions. Supervise and mentor SLPAs, contributing to leadership development. Clinical Responsibilities

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and company policies. Engage in cross-discipline consultations to optimize outcomes for children. Contribute to Cortica's Clinical Ladder Program for leadership and growth. Qualifications
