Base Pay Range
$98,500.00/yr - $135,200.00/yr
What You’ll Be Doing
Administer outpatient physical therapy under medical prescription
Develop and revise patient-centered care plans with measurable goals
Recommend therapeutic procedures and modalities based on clinical expertise
Maintain documentation standards and EMR compliance
Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Collaborate with rehab supervisors, PTAs, and referring physicians
Schedule per diem with flexibility across weekdays and locations
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut
3–5 Years clinical experience preferred
Familiarity with electronic medical charting
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Flexibility with scheduling and team collaboration
