Location: Cromwell, CT; Outpatient orthopedics, M-F Caseload: ~11–12 patients per day Setting: Outpatient private practice with inpatient and outpatient locations in Connecticut Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year Benefits: 401k with 2% match; 224 hours of PTO per year; low-cost medical; HSA with employer contribution; life insurance; CME allowance Career growth: Career ladder; opportunities for bonuses; ongoing education; engagement in committees Responsibilities
Provide high-quality physical therapy to a diverse patient population in outpatient settings Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans; educate patients and families Collaborate with a team of therapists and PTAs; participate in care coordination Utilize evolving technology and EMR systems; contribute to continuous improvement Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in Connecticut Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to manage a busy caseload with quality care and work-life balance About Us
