Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join an established Nephrology group in the Tacoma Metro Area. This full-time position provides patient care at greater Tacoma area dialysis units.

The Requirements Include: Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current Washington State ARNP license Candidates must have 1+ year of post training experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Nephrology related experience is preferred Prior experience with EPIC a plus Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, dialysis unit staff, patients and their families Excellent communication skills and professionalism Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines Pay Range
The compensation range for this position is $61.89/hr - $78.99/hr, with an estimated annual salary range of $128,750 - $164,300. About the Organization
