You’ll work with clinicians, engineers, physicians, and innovators to execute mapping solutions for cardiac and other electrophysiological systems, aiming to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.

Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to CAS products and procedures.

Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.

Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.

Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.

Work with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.

Collaborate with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS solutions products.

Collaborate with regional sales and clinical teams on communications and strategy.

Represent Medtronic CAS to physicians and support staff regarding products, service and support.

Act as a regional champion to share experience and influence others in mapping technology.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

OR Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

OR Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Preferred Qualifications

B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum four years of work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.

Proven track record with technical training assignments.

Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.

Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.

Additional Job Requirements

Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.

Clinical Specialists must be within their assigned territory daily to be available for unscheduled needs.

Occasional travel outside of assigned territory and possible overnight travel.

Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.

Ability to move throughout the facility, interact with computers, and perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations if needed.

Ability to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day and travel up to 25% (50% in-territory driving may be required).

Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. The base salary range for U.S. locations is $120,000.00 – $125,000.00, with eligibility for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
