DV Therapy Inc. Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr Responsibilities
Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders using evidence-based practices. Develop individualized therapy programs based on assessments. Provide measurable, at-home activities to support client development. Document progress using quantitative and qualitative SOAP notes. Supervise Clinical Fellows and train new clinicians. Assist with research projects, in-service training, and family/community education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. Attend company and management meetings.
