Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatrics | Full/Part-Time
Join DV Therapy Inc. as a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide assessment and direct treatment to clients with speech and language needs. The base pay range for this role is $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr. Responsibilities:
Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders using evidence-based practices. Develop individualized therapy programs based on assessments. Provide measurable, at-home activities to support client development. Document progress using quantitative and qualitative SOAP notes. Supervise Clinical Fellows and train new clinicians. Assist with research projects, in-service training, and family/community education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. Attend company and management meetings. Follow CA SLPA supervision guidelines. Render/cancel appointments through CentralReach.
