Program Name: Hospital Based Crisis at Signature Health Care Brockton Hospital
Program Type: Crisis Intervention
Salary Range: Starting salary $65,000
Sign on bonus: $5,000 You will look to best practices as you assist with crises in the emergency departments and medical floors by evaluating and recommending solution-based treatment options. The Hospital Based Crisis Intervention supports the resiliency, wellness, and recovery of all Members to whom it provides services and integrates mental health, substance use disorder, and wellness and recovery principles and practices across the service delivery model. Responsibilities Include Emergency bio/psycho/social diagnostic evaluations and recommendations of care Complete Risk assessments Complete case consults with multidisciplinary teams Assist in referring individuals and families to appropriate services along the continuum of care Develop a safety plan and provide crisis management to support the client and family Attend all necessary meetings, supervision and trainings Requirements Candidates should hold a license-eligible Master's degree or be independently licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Licensure supervision is available The candidate must possess good organizational skills, as well as effective verbal, written and computer skills. Proficiency with computers including ability to use or learn to use an electronic health record system, audio-visual communication technology (i.e. doxy or Zoom), and some use of Microsoft Office suite for emails, internal document access, and organization.
