CCBC provides inpatient, outpatient, and urgent care services to adults and children overcoming depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, and many other conditions hindering personal fulfillment. We are looking for a clinician to provide therapeutic interventions to youth, young adults, and their families in home and community settings. You will work with the Department of Mental Health in a program designed to support young people with serious mental health challenges while remaining in the home. As a PACT-Y team member, you'll use a person-centered approach to enhance family functioning, promote stabilization, and encourage growth and resilience as youth transition into adulthood. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support youth in their recovery goals Collaborate with the youth, family and team to provide strength-based assessments, treatment plans and safety plans Provide evidence-based clinical interventions, family therapy, crisis intervention and parent education to stabilize youth and family in home and community Complete progress notes and required program documentation Participate in on-call rotation to support youth and provide crisis intervention Complete substance abuse assessments, suicide screenings and related interventions Requirements

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy or a related field License preferred (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT), or license eligible 2 years of experience working with serious mental health challenges in youth, young adults and families (internship experience accepted) Excellent written and verbal skills Flexible attitude and ability to work with a team Experience with comprehensive assessments and treatment planning A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply Preferred Qualifications
