Unlicensed Therapist - $54,763 - $66,924 annually
Licensed Therapist - $62,977 - $76,968 annually

Multiple shifts are available: three 12-hour shifts with four days off, providing ample time to decompress.
Pay Range:
$26.32 - $37.00/hour, depending on licensure. Crisis team members receive a 5% differential, with additional shift differentials of 10% for swing shifts and 20% for overnight shifts. Available Shift:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12pm-12am This role is not remote. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Within 24 months, full licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Collaborative, client-centered experience Experience with DBT, CBT, ACT, or similar crisis modalities Passion for working with clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, or substance use issues This position is unionized and represented by SEIU Local 105.
