Job Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to work directly with the Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to optimize production processes, enhance quality control, and deliver superior products. Responsibilities Works with Engineering Manager to deliver business objectives Manage machine builds in conjunction with supply chain and manufacturing. Analyze existing materials and methods of manufacture to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and operational efficiency. Lead, coach, and train on Lean Manufacturing Tools like VSM, 6S, Visual Management, Single piece flow, GEMBA, SMED, and others. Assist in driving a culture of Safety and Efficiency Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required. Low volume/High Mix environment. 2+ years of Continuous Improvement/Lean experience. Six Sigma Black Belt desired. Bachelors in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent required Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and/or SolidWorks a plus. Knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design What We Offer Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
