Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to work directly with the Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to optimize production processes, enhance quality control, and deliver superior products.

Responsibilities

• Works with Engineering Manager to deliver business objectives
• Manage machine builds in conjunction with supply chain and manufacturing.
• Analyze existing materials and methods of manufacture to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and train on Lean Manufacturing Tools like VSM, 6S, Visual Management, Single piece flow, GEMBA, SMED, and others.
• Assist in driving a culture of Safety and Efficiency

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
• Low volume/High Mix environment.
• 2+ years of Continuous Improvement/Lean experience. Six Sigma Black Belt desired.
• Bachelors in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent required
• Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and/or SolidWorks a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
