Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure clear communication and effective problem-solving. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports. Lead site meetings and provide updates to senior management and clients. Manage both high-end custom home projects and select commercial construction projects. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong understanding of both residential and commercial construction practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications. Proficiency in Buildertrend strongly preferred.
