Lead multidisciplinary teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality residential projects. Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery within scope. Maintain strong client relationships and adherence to local regulations. Coordinate with stakeholders and oversee project documentation and progress. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or related field. PMP or LEED certification is a plus. 5+ years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in residential construction. Proven track record managing projects with budgets of $1M+ and delivering on time. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore) and familiarity with CAD/BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes in St. George, UT. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills; ability to manage diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
