About The Opportunity Identify and implement processes aimed at improving the overall efficiency of the plant operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the Mold Shop personnel and ensure metrics are met.
Develop and implement process technology in the plant to minimize variation and optimize the manufacturing of products while reducing costs.
Maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and workforce utilization.
Support the technical teams in finding root cause analysis for equipment downtime.
Provide technical skill, knowledge and judgment as it relates to the quality of product being produced.
Provide technical input and support in the advancement of equipment and tools.
Manage/lead plant capital improvement projects.
Other duties as assigned.

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in industrial, mechanical or manufacturing engineering
Required Experience
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Experience using automation to improve process and flow
Programmable logic controller experience
Desired Experience
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Travel Requirements
5% - 10% travel. Valid driver’s license required/Motor Vehicle Report Required.
