Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Programs Engineer ( Alternative titles: Manufacturing Launch Manager, Product Industrialization Lead, or Manufacturing Integration & Quoting Specialist ) Job Summary Tyber Medical is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the manufacturing integration and quoting process for new product introductions. This role serves as a critical interface between R&D, production, and business functions, ensuring that products are designed for manufacturability and launched efficiently across our manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in manufacturing with strong cross-functional collaboration and business acumen. Location This role may be based at any of Tyber Medical’s U.S. facilities: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania Athens, Alabama Marquette, Michigan Bonita Springs, Florida Reporting Line Reports to the

Director of Strategic Development Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with R&D to create manufacturing assumptions during the product development and quoting phases. Review final engineering drawings for manufacturability and implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices. Lead and facilitate the transfer of designs into scalable, efficient manufacturing production. Ensure programs launch on time, cost-effectively, and according to initial quoting assumptions. Present cost models, quote status, and rationale to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Support quoting activities across multiple Tyber Medical manufacturing sites. Promote continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and interdepartmental collaboration. Consolidate and communicate key inputs to inform operational and business decision-making. Ensure all development activities comply with Tyber Medical’s quality system. Secondary Responsibilities Assist in business development by supporting technical feasibility and cost evaluations. Identify and implement process and technology improvements for launched programs to enhance performance and cost-efficiency. Experience & Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing development, industrial engineering, or related roles. Proven success in bringing new products into full-scale production. Deep understanding of quoting, cost modeling, and DFM principles. Experience managing or contributing to cross-functional teams. Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., medical device, aerospace, or automotive) preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree in

Manufacturing Engineering

or equivalent work experience Skills & Capabilities Advanced Excel skills for cost modeling and data analysis Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD/CAM tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across technical and executive teams Self-motivated with a structured and organized approach to program management
