Join a Leader in Architectural Millwork – A JEB Capital Partners Company. We are proud to be recognized for our exceptional craftsmanship and project execution in commercial construction projects across the hospitality, healthcare, education, and retail sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in overseeing project execution from initial submittals through final installation—ensuring timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction are met with precision. Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, establish timelines, and manage deliverables for submittals, fabrication, and installation. Review and ensure quality control of all shop drawings prior to client submission. Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Negotiate and manage subcontracts for services such as stonework and installation. Prepare and track RFIs and change orders. Oversee field coordination and verify site measurements. Manage delivery schedules to align with project milestones. Process accurate billing and change authorizations for subcontractors. Support additional project-related tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Wood Technology, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in commercial millwork or casework project management. Working knowledge of AWI (Architectural Woodwork Institute) Standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and Bluebeam. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
