You thrive in fast-paced environments, applying a strategic mindset to ensure clients realize the value of their investment, driving adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Responsibilities

Leading all post-sales activities for Invicti's customers through relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution Acting as the voice of the customer Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Development Teams to embed consistent customer messaging Retaining long-term partnerships by independently renewing and expanding successful customers Managing quarterly metrics related to customer retention, renewals, and upselling Establishing and overseeing customer adoption, training, and development of best practices to drive incremental value Analyzing data to discover insights and drive recommendations for clients Tracking accounts to identify churn risks and proactively mitigating them What You’ll Need

1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Sales Working knowledge of funnel reporting and revenue forecasting Experience building relationships with clients Familiarity with managing renewals and upsells Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage many details Desire to work in a dynamic start-up where your input helps shape offerings and client interactions Willingness to travel to customer locations Ability to work onsite for a minimum of three days in person Why Invicti
