Residential Support Specialists (Direct Care Workers)
to join our Developmental Services Residential program. What You’ll Do As a Residential Support Specialist, you’ll provide essential direct care to individuals living in group homes, supporting their growth, independence, and safety while fostering dignity and respect. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals thrive in their daily lives and communities.
