Setting: Inpatient neurology with some intermittent outpatient responsibilities Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Call Requirements: None Responsibilities
Rounding on hospitalized neurology patients Performing new patient consults Managing stroke alerts and responding to acute ED and transfer evaluations Pre- and post-operative management of endovascular cases Intermittent clinic in-basket management Collaborating with attending neurologists, hospital staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible NP/PA Active DEA license Illinois medical license (IL CSR required) Current ACLS and BLS certifications Rockford, known as the “Forest City,” is located just 90 miles northwest of Chicago.
