This position involves inpatient rounding on general neurology and stroke patients within a comprehensive Stroke Center that receives extensive referrals. The team includes 2 Interventional Neurologists, 2 Neuro Surgeons, and 2 Advanced Practice Providers, with a growing Neuroscience service line. The schedule promotes work/life balance with rotating weekends and holidays. Responsibilities
Provide inpatient care to neurology and stroke patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neurologists and neurosurgeons. Participate in a growing neuroscience program. Qualifications
Licensed to provide advanced practice nursing services in Illinois or physician assistant services, with DEA certification for prescribing narcotics. Experience in ICU or Neuro nursing preferred; new graduates considered. BLS/ALS certification preferred. Benefits & Perks
