Northeast Family Services . Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs using multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths. Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in-person visits to clients' homes. Full Time employment with compensation starting at
$75,000 - $90,000 per year , plus benefits. Eligible employees may earn a
$1,000 Stay-on Bonus after 6 months
and a
$3,000 bonus after the first year . Responsibilities
Provide services in clients’ homes under the direction of the Program Director in accordance with policies. Deliver strength-based, evidence-based interventions to youth with behavioral health needs. Collaborate with clients and families to access core strengths and promote growth. Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) in the state of NY Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one’s own schedule with client outreach Valid driver’s license with access to reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus Benefits (Full-time)
