We are seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing New York team! Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of $75,000 to $90,000 plus benefits, with opportunities for bonuses and professional growth.
Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths and realize their full potential. Responsibilities include providing structured, evidence-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral health needs.
Key qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field, clinical licensure or permit in NY, and experience working with children, youth, and families. Fluency in English is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus. In-person visits to clients' homes are essential.
