Provide direct patient care in outpatient hematology clinics with a focus on CLL and Lymphoma. Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff to deliver coordinated, evidence‑based care. Participate in treatment planning, follow‑up care, and patient education. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research opportunities. Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner:
Masters‑prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as an FNP or ANP. Physician Assistant:
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice. Equal Opportunity
