Provide direct patient care in outpatient hematology clinics, with a focus on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and Lymphoma. Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care. Participate in treatment planning, follow-up care, and patient education. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research opportunities. Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner:
Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP or ANP. Physician Assistant:
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice. Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required. Exemption Status:
Exempt. Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. Benefits Eligible: Yes. Schedule: Full Time. Hours/Pay Period: 80. Schedule Details: five days a week, 8-hour schedule. Weekend Schedule: no weekends. International Assignment: No. Site Description
