We are looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) with a passion for sports medicine and outpatient orthopedics. The ideal candidate enjoys working with motivated patients, from competitive athletes to weekend warriors, and thrives in a setting that values both clinical excellence and patient relationships. Responsibilities
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for sports‑related, post‑surgical, and general orthopedic patients. Deliver hands‑on manual therapy, corrective exercise, and performance‑focused rehabilitation. Collaborate with patients, families, and other providers to optimize recovery. Track and document progress in compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Educate patients on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and long‑term health strategies. Contribute to a positive, team‑based clinic culture focused on growth and patient success. Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or equivalent). Current state license (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist. Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Excellent communication and patient‑engagement skills. Interest in athletic performance, strength & conditioning, or manual therapy preferred. New graduates with strong outpatient clinical rotations are encouraged to apply. What We Offer
