in Lebanon, New Hampshire, is seeking to hire an experienced advanced practice provider (PA) to join the
Surgical Intensive Care Unit . The APP will be dedicated to inpatient care in the SICU, which includes trauma, general surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, and other surgical sub-specialties. The APP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, physical therapists, and other specialists. The role requires a willingness to work in a collaborative environment and a strong interest in critically ill surgical patient care. This position offers a high degree of autonomy in patient management. The APP will supervise a team, including medical residents and potentially medical students, APP residents, and students, working alongside attending physicians. The APP will be trained to perform invasive procedures such as intubation, bronchoscopy, chest tube placement, central line placement, and arterial line placement, with supervision of other staff performing these procedures. Collaboration with senior residents and critical care fellows is essential. Excellent communication skills are a must, as patients are co-managed by surgical subspecialty teams. Additional opportunities include didactic education, quality improvement projects, journal clubs, and research. Experience in Critical Care is required; completion of a Critical Care residency is preferred. This is a
full-time, salaried position with benefits . The schedule includes day and night shifts with rotating weekend coverage. A faculty appointment at the level of Instructor through

Graduate of an accredited PA academic program Certification through the NCCPA Required Licensure/Certifications
