Developing treatment plans and prescribing drugs and other therapies. Making referrals as necessary and documenting findings in the electronic medical record. Consulting with supervising medical provider when appropriate. Counseling patients and families regarding care. Reviewing and responding to referrals from within and outside the clinic. Qualifications

Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant Current certification issued by the NCCPA Proven ability to work in a team environment ACLS / BLS certified Wages and Benefits

Annual Base Salary:

$131,127 - $174,836

based on 40-hour work week and years of State Licensure. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $144,239 - $192,319 , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below: 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
