University of Colorado Boulder Job Summary The Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for a full-time Psychology Teaching Assistant Professor to begin Fall 2026. The Department has a strong commitment to high quality undergraduate education. We seek instructors who are committed to inclusive and effective undergraduate teaching, and who are prepared to contribute to the department’s broader educational mission through collaborative leadership. The successful candidate should be prepared to teach four psychology courses per semester that align with department priorities. These include core required courses for the major, such as Psychological Statistics, Research Methods in Psychology, and introductory courses (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, or Developmental Psychology). There may also be opportunities to teach upper-division courses (e.g., advanced special topics) in the candidate’s area of expertise. Applicants should have a PhD in Psychology or a related discipline. Responsibilities
This position includes teaching 4 courses (or their equivalent) each semester, departmental service, and active engagement in pedagogical initiatives within the department and across campus. The successful candidate will be prepared to teach 4 psychology courses that align with department priorities. What We Can Offer
$73,000-$77,000 salary. A moving allowance of up to $3,000 may be available to the successful candidate. Benefits

Commitment to innovation in teaching, including teaching with technology.
