Per Diem Senior Cardiac Device Technician

The Senior Device Tech works with physicians, mid-levels, clinical staff and office staff to effectively, efficiently and accurately fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a busy outpatient device clinic. All procedures and treatments performed must be ordered by the physician, and/or mid-level providers. Duties and responsibilities will include interrogation and assessment of implantable cardiac devices which include pacemakers, defibrillators and implantable loop recorders, as well as management of remote transmissions. The senior device technician will work closely with device clinic RN's and will be under the clinical supervision of the implanting physicians.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Health or science related field, or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years previous experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist. Preferred Qualifications
