Providence
Join Providence as a Per Diem Senior Cardiac Device Technician. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, mid‑level providers, and clinical staff in a busy outpatient cardiac device clinic to interrogate and assess implantable cardiac devices (pacemakers, defibrillators, loop recorders) and manage remote transmissions. You will operate under the clinical supervision of implanting physicians and collaborate with cardiac device RN’s.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Health or a science‑related field, or equivalent education/experience.
National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (to be obtained upon hire).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist.
Preferred Qualifications
Cardiovascular Technician certification (CVT) or Certified Cardiac Device Specialist certification (CCDS).
Completion of ATI training.
