to join our client's growing team in Kent. You'll be involved in a wide range of commercial and residential instructions, from project work and CAT A+/B fit-outs to refurbishments, dilapidation's, party wall matters, and more. They value a

What You'll Work On Commercial and private residential projects CAT A+ and CAT B fit-outs Refurbishments across sectors (residential, commercial, industrial) Dilapidations and party wall matters Projects across the South East and wider UK What They Offer Competitive salary £55,000 - £75,000 (based on skills and experience) Genuine career progression and profit share opportunities in the short to medium term RICS membership, CPD & training costs covered 25 days holiday, plus your birthday off and all bank/public holidays Flexible/hybrid working options Travel allowance Contributory pension scheme Death in service benefit Discretionary bonus scheme Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Management and Manufacturing
