Tesla . We are seeking a highly motivated failure analysis/materials expert to lead internal failure analysis efforts in the Global Cell Quality team in Austin, TX. The role involves hands-on failure analysis on the factory floor and in the laboratory, coordinating internal investigations, and building the skillset of the local team. Excellent communication is critical to deliver and receive highly technical information across multiple groups including maintenance, facilities, and logistics.
