Enercon Services, Inc. invites applicants to join our team as an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer at mid, senior and principal levels. This role offers opportunities to design, develop and oversee I&C systems across nuclear, power generation and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Create accurate engineering deliverables: drawings, calculations, and analyses that exceed industry codes and client expectations.
Develop and maintain documents that meet ENERCON, client and regulatory requirements.
Apply best practices in industry codes, safety culture and advanced design techniques.
Deliver solutions aligned with rigorous quality assurance programs.
Build client relationships through clear communication and professional engagement.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce integrated designs.
Engage on-site: perform plant walk‑downs, validate systems and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 3 years of experience designing electrical systems.
Experience in engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear or heavy industrial sectors highly preferred.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
For federal contract positions, only U.S. citizens will be considered.
Senior Engineers typically have 7 years of related experience; Principal Engineers 10 years.
Pay Range USD $90,000.00 – $177,450.00 per year.
