Divisions Nuclear Services Group (NSG) ENERCON Federal Services (EFS) Data Center Mission Critical (DCMC) Energy Group (EG)
Responsibilities Our engineers collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, coordinate with diverse engineering teams, and ensure project success. Typical day includes developing design studies, preparing engineering calculations & analysis, attending project meetings, performing walkdowns, or mentoring junior employees. Key duties:
Create impactful deliverables: precise drawings, calculations, and analyses that exceed codes, standards, and client expectations.
Set the standard: develop documents that meet and surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements.
Stay on the cutting edge: enhance expertise in industry codes, safety culture, and advanced design techniques.
Drive quality & precision: deliver exceptional solutions aligned with rigorous quality assurance programs.
Build client connections: trust and lasting relationships through clear communication and professional engagement.
Collaborate: partner with multidisciplinary teams for integrated designs that meet diverse requirements.
Be active in the field: perform detailed plant walkdowns, ensuring all structures, systems, and components meet engineering standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar Engineering Degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 3 years of experience with design of electrical systems.
Experience in engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial (chemical, pulp & paper), energy, and government (DOE) projects preferred.
Good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Some roles involve federal contracts requiring U.S. citizenship; only U.S. citizens considered.
Senior Engineers typically have 7 years of post-graduate experience.
Principal Engineers typically have 10 years of post-graduate experience.
If you do not yet have 3 years of experience, early talent team transfer options are available.
Pay Range USD $90,000.00 - USD $177,450.00 per year.

Salary Range Information Salary range reflects the typical range for this full‑time position based on role, level, and location. Individual compensation within the range will be determined by factors such as location, relevant experience, job‑related skills, and education or training.
