Project Manager
to oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of managing projects safely, efficiently, and profitably. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reports. Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with contracts, plans, specifications, and company policies. Monitor project performance and proactively address issues to keep work on schedule and within budget. Oversee subcontractor and supplier selection, negotiation, and management. Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (ground-up, interiors, or site development). Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and MS Office Suite. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
