Senior Project Engineer - Substation/Transmission Project Management . OUC is seeking a technically proficient and highly adaptable professional to lead electric substation and transmission capital improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and deliver complex transmission and substation projects with a focus on safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including coordinating engineering consultants, managing project contracts, securing necessary resources, and reviewing design specifications for compliance with OUC standards. Represent OUC in negotiations with consultants, contractors, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a directly related field from an ABET-accredited college or university. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in electric utility transmission/substation design engineering, project management, construction management, or operations. Valid driver’s license and the ability to attend site visits and external meetings as required.
