Job Description
Actalent is seeking to hire a Superintendent of Construction, who will manage the construction schedule for multiple single-family homes at different stages of construction. You will be responsible for ordering materials to ensure their timely delivery to job sites, conducting quality control inspections daily, and communicating with all designated parties regarding the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs.

Responsibilities
Manage construction schedule for multiple single-family homes at different stages of construction. Order materials to ensure their timely delivery to job sites in accordance with scheduling. Communicate with all designated parties regarding the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs. Conduct quality control inspections on all homes under construction daily to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards. Deliver all homes within the established timeline. Organize and lead on-site safety and construction meetings on the established basis. Start and close the number of homes designated in the business plan monthly. Inspect all trade contractor work and supplier deliveries prior to approving invoices for payment.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in construction, construction management, and residential construction. Expertise in construction scheduling and subcontractor management. Proficiency in blueprint reading. Ability to manage up to 20 homes simultaneously at different stages of construction. Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors concurrently. Strong quality control skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 4+ years of production residential superintendent experience. Experience with completing homes featuring complex high-end options that vary.
Work Environment
This position is onsite in a residential subdivision in Beaverton/Sherwood. The work environment includes comprehensive benefits such as a $500/month auto allowance, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 40 hours of accrued sick time, 40 hours of accrued vacation, and 12 paid holidays. Additional benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan with bi-weekly employer matching, employee assistance program, ongoing education programs, and various performance review processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
