Jacobs Join Jacobs to lead Life Sciences construction projects from the Conshohocken, PA office. You will work with engineers, project managers, and contractors to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget projects that meet client standards and expectations. Base pay range

$117,300.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Perform onsite activities including inspections and field administration tasks as required. Conduct project meetings with contractors and stakeholders. Maintain official project documentation files and logs. Review submittals, shop drawings, material certifications, and other deliverables to support project turnover. Ensure construction complies with design specifications and drawings. Manage or support project financials, including change management processes. Manage or support project schedule activity management, including status updates and long-range forecasting. Complete the project closeout process with timely submittal of project records to client satisfaction. Foster cooperative partnerships among clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success. What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience managing construction projects in industrial and/or commercial facilities; life science construction experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of general construction activity sequencing and execution. Experience with 3D modeling software and presence on active construction projects. Experience managing project or scope budgets and schedules. Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance testing/reporting. Knowledge of commissioning and qualification processes as they relate to MEP systems. Experience managing Project Controls and procurement strategies and day-to-day management. Nice to have

Design/pre-construction knowledge, building systems, contract management, team building, and client relationship skills. Advanced knowledge of MEP systems, clean room knowledge a plus, and general building construction & maintenance. LEAN methodology experience (Last Planner System, 5S, off-site manufacturing). Scheduling software proficiency (Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent) and experience with 3D tools (BIM360, REVIT). Experience with design-build and off-site construction approaches. Benefits
