$85,200.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Perform computer-aided drafting and design of electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems for advanced facilities. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create layouts, sketches, 2D/3D modeling, and electronic document files. Deliver complex packages in coordination with engineers and design leads as part of the electrical delivery team. Develop staffing plans based on deliverables, project schedule, scope, budget, and client expectations. Mentor subordinates and provide guidance to less experienced designers/drafters. Collaborate with a vibrant, dynamic team delivering world-class designs for well-known clients. Qualifications

At least 10+ years of relevant experience in design using 3-D modeling/drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD. At least 4+ years of Revit design experience. Knowledge and application of NEC and electrical design requirements. Preferred/Ideally you’ll have

Two-year associate’s degree in a relevant field (preferred). 3 years of Data Center and/or Life Science experience. BIM model coordination experience. Company and role context
