What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and business continuity

Define and document processes and best practices while ensuring adherence

Serve as the operational focal point for globally distributed customer environments

Manage customer requirements and drive operational efficiency through automation and project management

Lead meetings with customers and internal resources to monitor operational status and project progress

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 8 years of technical experience in a cross-functional environment

Strong leadership, planning, decision-making, and communication skills

Experience in managing large programs and communicating effectively with executive staff

Proven project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus

Proficiency in Linux administration and experience with heterogeneous hardware and software environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in AI/ML infrastructure management and operations at scale in cloud environments

Familiarity with parallel filesystem knowledge (Exascaler, Lustre, or GPFS)

Large scale HPC/AI/ML system experience (compute, GPE, networking)

Knowledge of Infiniband and Ethernet networking configuration and troubleshooting

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed
