What to Expect (Responsibilities)

Deliver exceptional support for DDN’s technologies, ensuring customer satisfaction

Resolve complex Lustre file system issues on large, scalable customer systems

Create test plans and procedures for customer upgrades and troubleshooting

Collaborate with engineering to enhance product quality using customer feedback

Develop positive relationships with customers through effective communication

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a similar technical role

Strong knowledge of Lustre or similar parallel filesystems, along with Linux fundamentals

Proven technical knowledge and problem analysis skills

Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with other parallel filesystems such as SpectrumScale or StorNext

Proficiency in developing and debugging shell and Python scripts

Familiarity with NAS protocols and authentication protocols (e.g., LDAP, OAuth2)

Extensive experience in networking and troubleshooting Infiniband and Ethernet networks

Knowledge of data storage concepts such as RAID/Erasure Coding
