Radiologic Technologist - $7500 Sign on Bonus Enfield Responsibilities
Responsible for x-ray services as needed Under the direction of the clinical provider, perform x-ray services for patients by applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients of all ages from newborn to elderly Ensure patients are positioned correctly on or in front of equipment and protected during use Assist with patient registration and administrative tasks to support an efficient GoHealth Urgent Care workflow Coordinate provider referrals to assigned specialists Answer patient questions regarding their care and keep them informed of their status Prepare patients for examination, collect patient information, record medical history, and verify purpose of visit Perform preliminary physical checks (blood pressure, weight, temperature, etc.) for vital signs and escalate critical cases to the provider as needed Conduct point-of-care testing as needed (e.g., flu, strep, urinalysis, ECG, hCG) and relay results to the provider Stock and maintain exam rooms, front desk, and reception areas; manage inventory and expiration dates of supplies Maintain medical records and assist with reception duties, scheduling, and patient communications Perform opening and closing duties, handle cashing out, and ensure the building is secure Follow operating instructions to perform daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain QA/QC logs and coordinate repairs as needed Qualifications

Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program required High School Diploma or equivalent required Work Experience
Experience in a clinical setting preferred Licenses/Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) required at time of hire (ARC or AHA) ARRT registration required Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required Benefits
